A week after the Kansas City Chiefs nearly faced a forfeit after their equipment showed up late at Gillette Stadium against the New England Patriots, the team is experiencing new problems just hours before kickoff this week.
According to ESPN’s Adam Teicher, Kansas City Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Sammy Watkins were among several players who had yet to arrive at Arrowhead Stadium for Sunday’s game.
Kansas City is dealing with significant snow on Sunday in what is expected a wild game between the Chiefs and Denver Broncos.
Fortunately, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, all players eventually made it to the stadium after being caught in traffic and they will be available to play on Sunday.
