The San Francisco 49ers were giddy to land former Arizona State star Brandon Aiyuk, who is beloved by head coach Kyle Shanahan.
Aside from his incredible after-the-catch exploits, this young man has a chance to turn into a red-zone dynamo based on a video shared on social media recently. Check out this absolutely absurd one-handed catch, which Aiyuk finished off by going between his legs and changing hands before he ever hit the ground.
The Checkdown also featured this amazing grab, along with a clip showing off Aiyuk’s route-running prowess.
Aiyuk put up big stats for the Sun Devils last season when he caught 65 passes for 1,192 yards and eight touchdowns — including this incredible 88-yard romp.
Given his skill set, nobody should be stunned if he puts up similar numbers as a rookie playing for the 49ers.
