Broncos star Von Miller healthy again after COVID-19 battle, looks absolutely shredded ahead of training camp

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller

Denver Broncos star pass rusher Von Miller was one of the first NFL players to announce he tested positive for COVID-19. He also shared how serious the coronavirus pandemic is after going through his battle.

The good news is he’s fully healthy once again and looks to be ready to take back his spot atop the league’s hierarchy of top edge rushers in 2020.

Check out these images Miller shared on Twitter Friday as he and the rest of the NFL’s players prepare for training camp. The dude looks absolutely shredded.

Watch out, NFL quarterbacks. Miller looks like he’s ready to dominate the league once again.

Von Miller coming off a down year with sub-par stats

Last season, Miller had a frustrating campaign that did not live up to his own high standards. He logged eight sacks, which is great for most mortals but nothing near what fans have grown to expect from the dynamic speed-rusher.

Before the 2019 campaign, Miller had never failed to tally double-digit sacks in any year other than his suspension-shortened 2013 season. From 2014-18, he piled up 63 sacks for an average of 12.6 sacks per season. In 135 career games, he has 106 sacks — amazing production by any measure.

It sure looks like Miller is ready to get back to that trend once again in 2020.
