Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette was in complete domination mode early Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Including this impressive touchdown run, he scored twice en route to helping Jacksonville open up a 21-0 lead in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.
Unfortunately for both Fournette and the Jaguars, Fournette’s injury history came back to bite the team in the back end. With his team up 21-7 in the second quarter, Fournette suffered what appears to be a serious ankle injury.

As the Jaguars themselves noted, Fournette was immediately taken to the locker room for further evaluation. His official status is questionable. Though, by the looks of his reaction after the injury, that’s likely a case of the Jaguars being a bit more optimistic than how it looked.

Fournette dealt with chronic ankle injuries during his college career and missed three games to injury during the regular season.
