Leonard Fournette makes NFL history in first quarter vs. Steelers

Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette

The first quarter of Sunday’s game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers belonged to the visiting Jags and Leonard Fournette. The rookie running back scored two touchdowns in the opening quarter (including this amazing flying leap), making a bit of history in the process.

In addition to the two scores, Fournette finished the first quarter with eight total carries for 52 yards.

The Jags added a touchdown on their opening possession of the second quarter (though not from Fournette) to take an early 21-0 lead on the favored Steelers.
