One of the nicest, most genuine players in the league, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz shared a heartfelt video with his fans on Twitter after he suffered a season-ending torn ACL in Sunday’s win against the Los Angeles Rams.
Some quick thoughts for everyone. Can’t thank my family, friends, teammates, and fans enough. Love y’all! #AO1 pic.twitter.com/vBwxG4So5N

On top of being a stand-up player, Wentz is relying on his faith to get him through this awful turn of events. He vows to return “stronger than ever” which we have no doubt Wentz will aim to do.
Wentz has played at an extremely high level all year and his name has even been tossed around as a potential MVP winner.
Now, the Eagles will finish the 2017 season with backup Nick Foles under center. The good thing is, the Eagles cliched the NFC East in Sunday’s win. Philadelphia is playoff bound and we can be sure Wentz will be his team’s biggest supporter as the postseason plays out.
We wish him all the best for a healthy return in 2018.
