The arrest reports reads as follows (via Philly.com).
The arrest citation was verified by Willacy County Sheriff’s office to 956sports.com. Willacy County Sheriff’s office was not able to provide a mugshot of Kolb, but was able to verify that the date of birth was August 24, 1984.
Kolb was arrested for boating while intoxicated. He was released Sunday on a personal recognizance bond. The arrest occured on Saturday June 28. He spent time in jail from 2:44am on June 29, 2014 and was released at 1:11pm.
Kolb was an original second-round draft pick by the Eagles in 2007. However after just seven starts with the team, concussions got the better of him and he was traded after the 2010 season to the Arizona Cardinals. His last game in the NFL was in 2013 with the Buffalo Bills.
Apparently bored with his current NFL career status, Kolb must have thought a little summer boating excursion was in order.
