Former NBA All-Star Stephon Marbury and college basketball legend Jimmer Fredette are dominating the court in China, and they’re not happy with each other.
In a game between Marbury’s Beijing Fly Dragons and Fredette’s Shanghai Sharks, Marbury committed a hard foul on Fredette, who was attacking the basket on a fast-break chance.
The BYU product didn’t like it, but Marbury isn’t one to back down.

Marbury has become an international star since leaving the NBA, last playing for the Boston Celtics in 2008-09. He’s won a few championships in the Chinese Basketball Association but plans to retire when the current season is over.
Fredette followed in Marbury’s footsteps after toiling in the NBA for a few years and has become a dominant force overseas. Entering this matchup with Beijing, Jimmer was averaging 38.6 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists.
This won’t be the final highlight he creates, but it could be the last time Fredette and Marbury provide one together.
