Second-year Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver James Washington has found himself in head coach Mike Tomlin’s dog house this season. That’s primarily due to the speedster struggling with drops.
There’s certainly good news on this front. Washington came to play big time Sunday night against the Buffalo Bills.
That included this absolutely insane sideline catch of 32 yards on third and short.
Pittsburgh needed a big play down 17-10 late in the fourth quarter. Washington provided that on the receiving end of a solid pass from Devlin Hodges.
This is the type of game-changing ability that Pittsburgh expects from its young pass catcher.
