His ninth touchdown of the year wasn’t the longest for Saquon Barkley. But it was one of the more impressive scoring plays of the season for the New York Giants star rookie.
Barkley took a handoff and, despite being in very close quarters, found room to hurdle a defender. The tactic worked for Barkley, who went in for a five-yard touchdown.
Another one for @SAQUON!

It was Barkley’s second score of the day. The first came on a six-yard reception that saw the Bucs completely forget to cover him (watch here).
That, combined with the rushing touchdown, made Barkley the first New York rookie to notch both a rushing and receiving touchdown in 36 years.

It’s been a stellar rookie season for Barkley. He’s made history all year. We expect nothing different the rest of the season.
