Robert Covington is a terrific three-point shooter. That doesn’t mean the Philadelphia 76ers forward should be granted this kind of privilege to hoist long-distance shots.
During the first quarter of Philly’s clash with the Miami Heat, Covington received a pass from J.J. Redick, pump-faked and re-positioned himself for an open three.
All without dribbling. Impressive, right?
NOT ONE REF SAW THIS TRAVEL???? pic.twitter.com/CZqZLIRP8T

Somehow, none of the three referees on the floor noticed the egregious, hilarious travel by Covington, who trimmed the first-quarter deficit from 10 to seven.
Of course, it’s only illegal if you don’t get away with it.
