WATCH: Ref takes shot to the nose on errant pass

Anyone who has been popped on the nose can relate to what a side judge felt on Saturday during the Penn State-Michigan game.

The poor, unsuspecting ref is watching the players in front of him when a pass zips through and hits him directly in the face, right on the nose.

We cannot confirm whether or not tears were shed, but that one looked brutal.

He’s definitely going to have a black eye or two after this one.
