Ray Lewis gave an emotionally charged speech during his Hall of Fame commencement on Saturday night, and one person who got swept up in it was none other than Olympian Michael Phelps.
Of course, it helps that Lewis took the time to single out Phelps for his dedication to the city of Baltimore. ESPN’s cameras caught Phelps’ reaction to Lewis calling him one of his greatest friends while lauding his love for their city.

Clearly Lewis’ words meant a lot to Phelps, who was at least a little bit overcome with emotion.
