That’s pretty much all she wrote for the NFC North. Up 17-10 with just over six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones absolutely burned the Minnesota Vikings.
It came on a 56-yard touchdown run in a play that the Vikings simply lost contain of the talented young running back.
As great as this play might have been from Jones, it was equally as bad on the Vikings’ part.
This represented the 16th rushing touchdown for Jones on the season, the second-highest mark in Green Bay Packers history behind the great Jim Taylor.
It also pretty much wrapped up the NFC North for Green Bay. On the other hand, the Vikings will more than likely end up as the sixth seed in the conference.
