In a season highlighted by one-handed catches, Pittsburgh Panthers wide receiver Maurice Ffrench delivered another highlight reel moment with a leaping, one-handed grab against Wake Forest.
Midway through the second quarter, Pittsburgh needed a big play and turned to its junior receiver. Ffrench went up in the air and made a one-handed grab with his body fully extended and a defender right at his back.

Ffrench’s jaw-dropping grab provided the spark Pittsburgh desperately needed as running back Darrin Hall punched it in on the next play for the touchdown.
While French hasn’t racked up a lot of production this season, his stunning catch marked his fifth grab of 30-plus yards this season. This one will certainly go down as the best and be on Pittsburgh’s highlight reel for years to come.
