Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins was going perfectly for the Minnesota Vikings. That all changed with one pass from Kirk Cousins.
Cousins tried to hit Stefon Diggs on a quick screen. But Minkah Fitzpatrick had other ideas. He picked Cousins’ pass virtually in stride and cruised in for the pick-six.

The good news for Cousins is that he had some cushion. The pick-six made the game 21-7.
But it also made things far closer than they needed to be for Minnesota. Cousins and the rest of the Vikings would certainly like to have that one back.
