Josh McCown is dealing early, and he connected with Jeremy Kerley on an amazing pass during the game’s opening drive as the New York Jets attempt to take down the New England Patriots.
McCown avoided some significant pressure climbing into the pocket and then unleashed what appeared to be somewhat of a desperation pass. Except it wasn’t. It was a strike to Kerley, who made an acrobatic catch to haul in the pass right in front of the goal line.

A few plays later, McCown found Austin Seferian-Jenkins for a one-yard touchdown to give the Jets an early lead in the first quarter.
