Already up by a touchdown over Minnesota Saturday, Iowa decided to go for the jugular on fourth-and-goal with a trick-play touchdown.
This really is a unique design. The Hawkeyes lined up for a field goal, then shifted formation, which still was not a giveaway for what was to come. Rather than snap the ball to the quarterback, the center pitched the ball to tight end T.J. Hockenson.

This unorthodox play was executed to perfection, and it gave the Hawkeyes a 21-7 lead at the time.
