WATCH: Dwyane Wade announces he’ll return for one more season

Future Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade took to social media on Sunday evening to announce that he will return to the Miami Heat for one more season.

Wade made the announcement in a major post on YouTube, titled “One Last Dance.”

The post was in-depth and gave us an idea of what Wade had been going through since last season ended. He also talked about his family, the better half known as Gabrielle Union included.

At 36 years old, Wade is clearly on the back end of his career. He returned to the Heat after a mid-season trade from Cleveland, averaging 12.2 points and 3.1 assists while helping his original squad to the playoffs. That came after a one-year stint with the Chicago Bulls.

A three-time NBA champion and 12-time All-Star, the 2018-19 season will be Wade’s final in the Association. We can expect a warm send off from both his home fans and those cities he visits this coming season.
