Memphis running back Darrell Henderson is at it again, ladies and gentlemen. On his very first carry, and the first offensive play of the game for the Tigers Friday night, he ripped off a monster touchdown run.
No, it wasn’t quite long enough to add to his FBS-best six runs of 50-plus yards. But in a heartbeat he romped 47 yards for the game-tying score.

Henderson entered Week 5 with 709 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground. After that run, his average per carry is an astonishing 12.8.
At this rate, he might hit 1,000 before the night is out.
