You have to be pretty darn tough to play football at the professional level, but most of us know tooth pain is a whole new level of agony. Speaking of tooth pain, let’s check in on Minnesota Vikings receiver Stefon Diggs, shall we?
He’s going to play Sunday, despite the fact he’s had “Three root canals and a filling” in the past two days, per Andrew Krammer of the Star Tribune.
Stefon Diggs' tooth injury?
"Three root canals and a filling."
In the last two days. Says he's playing Sunday.

Diggs has already missed a couple of games this year, and obviously he’s not eager to miss any more.
He suffered a groin injury and was not able to suit up in Week 6 or Week 7. Then when he did come back in Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns in London he didn’t contribute much to the team’s win, catching just four passes for 27 yards.
When healthy, Diggs is an electric young receiver who, combined with Adam Thielen on the other side, gives the Vikings a tremendous 1-2 punch.
In six games this year, Diggs has caught 27 passes for 422 yards and four touchdowns.
