Teams looking to bolster their secondary are reportedly interested in acquiring cornerback Trae Waynes from the Minnesota Vikings.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported that teams have inquired with the Vikings about Waynes’ availability.

Along with Xavier Rhodes, Waynes has been Minnesota’s primary starting corner over the last two seasons.
In 2018, he defended eight passes, intercepting one. Over his four-year career, the former first-rounder has defended 34 passes and recorded six picks.
Corner is a position where it’s virtually impossible to have too much depth. So, any number of teams could well be interested in Waynes, who be 27 when the season begins.
Waynes will make $9.069 million in 2019 and is set to become an unrestricted free agent following the season.
