The Cardinals are currently missing his services as he recovers from a shoulder injury that could keep him out of action for a few more weeks. The defensive star recently inked a huge new contract, despite the fact that he was recovering from an ACL injury at the time.
It’s awesome that he wants to use some of his newfound wealth in this way. A guy who had plenty of off-field problems at LSU, ultimately leading to him being dismissed from the football team, Mathieu has totally transformed his life in a positive way since that time.
