In one of the most exciting finishes in college football this season, the West Virginia Mountaineers and Texas Longhorns took it down to the wire in a back-and-forth battle that came down to a two-point conversion.
Late in the fourth quarter with less than three minutes remaining in the tie game, Ehlinger stood in the pocket and unleashed a missile to Duvernay for a 48-yard, go-ahead touchdown.

West Virginia got the ball back with less than three minutes remaining and trailed by seven. Quarterback Will Grier engineered an incredible drive to put the ball at Texas’ 33-yard line then made one of the best throws in his career.

Rather than go for the tie, West Virginia sent Grier and the offense back out on the field for a two-point conversion. When no one could get open, the senior quarterback ran it in himself for the game-winning, two-point conversion.

Best throw of the season. Not just from Will Grier but from anyone in CFB. Amazing.
