
Trey Hendrickson led the NFL with 17.5 sacks last season, which were 3.5 more than any other player recorded, placing himself head and shoulders above his competitors. But now the All-Pro defensive end is entering the final year of his contract and he wants a trade from the Cincinnati Bengals.
Hendrickson has already requested a trade and the Bengals intend to honor his request. Now everyone’s trying to figure out which team the four-time Pro Bowler could be traded to next.

Mina Kimes reveals top early favorites for Trey Hendrickson trade

Any contending team in need of an edge rusher should be viewed as a potential landing spot for Trey Hendrickson this offseason. Though, they should be ready to make the 30-year-old one of the NFL’s highest-paid defenders too.
However, in the instant aftermath of the trade request, ESPN’s Mina Kimes rattled off a list of five quick teams who could make sense to land Hendrickson this offseason. In doing so, she named the Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Commanders, and Atlanta Falcons.

This doesn’t seem to be Kimes working off any specific intel, just her connecting the dots on which teams should be in the mix for Hendrickson.
