The Toronto Raptors extended qualifying offers to guards Gary Trent Jr. and Nando de Colo on Monday.
The offer to Trent makes him a restricted free agent, while de Colo remains under contract with Fenerbahce in Turkey.
Trent, 22, was traded with Rodney Hood from the Portland Trail Blazers to Toronto on March 25 in exchange for Norman Powell.
Trent averaged 16.2 points and 3.6 rebounds over 17 games (15 starts) with the Raptors. For his career, he has averaged 11 points per game and shot 39.3 percent from beyond the arc.
It is the eighth straight summer that the Raptors have offered de Colo a qualifying offer, according to The Athletic.
de Colo spent two years in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs (2012-13 and 2013-14) and the Raptors (2013-14). He has played in Europe since 2014, winning two EuroLeague championships and one EuroLeague MVP award.
