The Twitter world received a new citizen on Thursday when Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo joined the “exclusive” social media club.
After Romo’s first post was a simple “9” to signify his jersey number, he came back strong with his second tweet.
By golly, it was about the “catch” that Dez Bryant made in the Cowboys divisional playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers. Romo is just now taking to commenting on a play that for all intents and purposes sent his team home for the winter.

As we can see, the tweet already has thousands of favorites and retweets. And as much as people deny they are fans of Romo, his will be one of the more popular Twitter accounts to follow.
