What an absolutely amazing performance from Petr Yan during his bout against the legendary Jose Aldo in UFC 251 Saturday night.
The first three rounds saw the two Bantamweight title contenders exchange blows. But from Round 4 on, it was all Yan. That culminated in him knocking out Aldo to win the championship.
It was an absolutely brutal scene. Yan had Aldo on the mat for the better part of Round 5. And with blood on the Octagon, the official finally called it for Yan.
The sports world obviously had its reactions to Saturday night’s brutal ending.
