Seven worst quarterback performances from Week 1

NFL: Preseason-Cleveland Browns at Chicago Bears

Hopefully nobody started Cutler in their fantasy football lineups in Week 1. Because in true form, Cutler picked up where he left off last season coughing up a terrible performance.

At the end of day, Cutler completed only 50 percent of his passes for 225 yards and one touchdown. This was all the more embarrassing considering he turned the ball over with an interception at the worst possible time with the game on the line.

Not surprisingly, the Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers 31-23.

It’s going to be a long season for the Bears if Cutler continues to throw untimely interceptions.

Editor’s note: This article previously featured two errors regarding Cutler’s total yardage (168 instead of 225) and turnovers (three, with two fumbles, instead of just one, with no fumbles).
