Nick Saban was once the toast of the New Orleans area. As the head coach of the LSU Tigers from 2000-04, he put that program back on the national map.
Things have changed in the decade-plus since then, primarily Saban deciding to move on to the SEC-rival Alabama Crimson Tide following a stint with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins.
Needless to say, a man that once was held in high prestige in Baton Rouge is now public enemy No. 1. Want some evidence of this? Check out the Halloween costume this one fan wore during the New Orleans Saints’ home game on Sunday.
It’s magnificent.

It’s “evil Nick Saban.” Or, one could conclude that it’s Nick Satan.
Those horns, they are spectacular. And the dude sporting the costume is a dead ringer for for Saban himself.
Surely, it’s not a surprise that Saban is despised in Louisiana. He has his Alabama Crimson Tide No. 1 in the nation once again this year. He’s also earned four national championships in his time in Tuscaloosa.
