This would be one of the biggest blockbusters in recent NBA history. According to a report by Mike Cairns of WEWS NewsChannel5 in Cleveland, the Cavaliers are currently engaged in three-team talks with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors to acquire All-Star power forward Kevin Love.
Cavs working three team deal w/ Warriors/TWolves. Warriors get multiple 1st rnd picks. Wolves get Klay and Tristan Thompson. Love to Cavs

Don’t hold your breath on a deal with those parameters actually going down. As Cairns suggests, there are other moving parts in a potential deal.
First off, it’s hard to imagine Golden State yielding Klay Thompson in a deal that would only bring back draft picks (unprotected or not). It has been hesitant in moving Thompson for Love, so why would Steve Kerr and Co. give him up for future picks?
Secondly, a package of Klay Thompson and Tristan Thompson isn’t exactly breaking the bank for Flip Saunders and the Timberwolves. Pure conjecture here, but this one scribe believes Cleveland would have to yield a little more than that to team Love up with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. But that’s just me. Okay, maybe it isn’t just me.
(con.) Probably wasted time chasing this one. GSW won't trade Klay for Love at the moment. Why would they do that rumored trade? Jeebus.
