Former Tennessee Titans quarterback and Madden ’08 coverboy Vince Young is headed to Saskatchewan. TSN’s Gary Lawless reports that Young’s agent is finalizing a deal with the CFL’s Saskatchewn Roughriders for the 33-year old.

Young last played in an NFL season with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011, which he dubbed a Dream Team after the Eagles signed Nnamdi Asomugha in free agency. He ended up starting six games for the team despite being signed as Michael Vick’s backup, throwing for 866 yards, four touchdowns and nine interceptions as the Eagles finished 8-8, missing the playoffs.
He tried to make the cut with the Buffalo Bills in 2012 and Green Bay Packers in 2013 but was released before the season both years.
Once the No. 3 overall pick in the 2006 Draft, Young will get the Roughriders some exposure. Whether he can still play remains to be seen, though he recently made it clear he’s passionate about playing again.
