The first-place Baltimore Orioles have reportedly added a solid veteran arm to their rotation. According to multiple reports, Baltimore has acquired starter Wade Miley from the Seattle Mariners.

It’s not a huge move by any stretch of the imagination, but Miley will give Baltimore a reliable arm at the back end of its rotation moving forward.
The 29 year old was pitching to a 4.98 ERA with a 1.35 WHIP in 19 starts with Seattle prior to the deal.
Miley, a former first-round pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks, had his best season back in 2012. That season saw him post a 16-11 record with a 3.33 ERA en route to earning his first and only All-Star appearance.
The veteran should slot in behind Chris Tillman and Kevin Gausman in what has been a shaky rotation for the Orioles.
Heading to Seattle in the deal is 27-year-old Cuban starter Ariel Miranda, who had a cup of tea in Baltimore earlier in July. Miranda signed a minor league deal with the Orioles last May.
