Report: Georgia Tech’s Paul Johnson to retire after this season

One of the most successful head coaches in Georgia Tech football history is slated to retire after the team’s bowl game this winter.

According to multiple media reports, Paul Johnson will call it quits with the Yellow Jackets after this season.

A former head coach at Navy, Johnson has been on the Georgia Tech sideline since the 2008 season. During that span, he’s led the program to nine bowl games en route to posting an 83-59 record.
