Complexity reportedly has hit a glitch in its efforts to land the Copenhagen Flames’ CS:GO squad.
The organization from North America had been considered to be the favorite to acquire the Flames’ players after the franchise announced in October that it was willing to listen to offers from interested buyers. Copenhagen asked for $500,000 to acquire the team.
Reports surfaced earlier this month that Complexity was nearing an agreement to buy the Flames. But momentum has stalled in the past week, and Complexity has started “looking at other options, including building a roster based in North America,” Dexerto reported.
A decision could be made in the coming days.
Regardless, Complexity is set for an overhaul. The only player remaining on the team’s roster from last season is Justin “jks” Savage after the organization parted ways with the rest of the squad.
