The Milwaukee Bucks will head into next season with two Antetokounmpo brothers.
According to this report from Gaszetta.gr in Greece, Milwaukee plans to sign Giannis’ brother, Thanasis, to a two-year fully guaranteed contract worth $3 million.
Two years older than Giannis, Thanasis, was a second-round pick of the New York Knicks back in 2014. He played two games for the team in 2015-16, averaging just three points.
He’s spent time in the G-League and has been playing overseas. Last season saw Antetokounmpo star for Panathinaikos B.C. in Greece. He averaged just 4.2 points and 1.8 rebounds.
