The 65-year-old head coach has dealt with multiple health issues resulting in emergency hospital visits in recent years.
In five years with the Cardinals, Arians led the team to an overall record of 49-30-1, two playoff berths and a 1-2 record in the postseason.
Arizona has struggled the past two years as injuries played a role on both sides of the ball. This past year both Carson Palmer and superstar running back David Johnson were lost for the season due to injuries, along with seemingly countless others.
