The No. 2-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide are hosting No. 1 LSU on Saturday, and according to Christopher Walsh of Sports Illustrated they’ll also host President Donald Trump.
This would mark the third high-profile sporting event that President Trump has appeared in since attending Game 5 of the World Series. He also attended UFC 244 on Saturday night.
The president has been booed heavily by crowds at both events, though there were also some cheers for President Trump at the UFC event over the weekend.
President Trump has higher approval ratings in Alabama than any other state, per AL.com, and is likely hoping for a much more positive reception at Bryant-Denny Stadium than he’s had the past two weeks.
