There is no doubt that the NBA has evolved significantly in a number of ways since the days when Reggie Miller was taking on the likes of Michael Jordan. Miller is clearly not a fan of at least some of this change.
On Sunday as the Atlanta Hawks took on the Chicago Bulls, rookie star Trae Young was ejected after getting into it with Kris Dunn, who slapped him in the back of his head.
Miller was disgusted with the ejection of Young, calling out the NBA for being “SOFT and SENSITIVE.”
Whatβs happened to my beloved NBA game? So damn SOFT and SENSITIVE now, nooooo way Trae Young should be given a technical for this.. I would have been broke and out of the league in 2 years ππ€π… #LetBallersBall pic.twitter.com/0eKlxOCx8V

Of course, it has to be mentioned here that Miller started his NBA career during the Bad Boys Era. Things were a heck of a lot different back then when it came to what was and was not deemed acceptable behavior on the court.
Still, it’s not hard to see where he’s coming from as it concerns Young, who really only stared Dunn down after the fact.
