The Colorado Rapids acquired goalkeeper Marko Ilic on loan from Belgium’s KV Kortrijk.
The deal announced Friday runs through July 2023 and includes an option to buy.
The 25-year-old Serbian recorded 16 shutouts in 71 appearances over three seasons with Kortrijk.
“Marko is an athletic goalkeeper who is not only a good shot stopper, but also good with his feet, a strong passer who can help us build out from the back,” Rapids general manager Padraig Smith said in a news release.
