Last season with New England, Brown reinvented himself as a legitimate left tackle after spending his time on the right side during his tenure in San Francisco.
Since being selected in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft out of Florida, Brown has started 44 games, including all 16 last year.
Brown can sign his deal on Wednesday when the league year officially opens up.
