Is it possible that the Phillies got younger by signing the 37-year-old journeyman starting pitcher? That was only the second thought that came to mind. The other was…$16 million for a dude that won 10 games last year? Yes, that’s a question. At least they didn’t sign Marlon Byrd, oh wait.
