The Carolina Panthers dropped their seventh consecutive game on Sunday, a brutal 38-6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
It sure the heck looks like Carolina has given up on the season under interim head coach Perry Fewell.
Following the humiliating loss, Panthers Pro Bowl tight end Greg Olsen absolutely blasted his team and the entire organization.
Emotionally charged, Olsen did not stop there.
“This is about as rock-bottom as it gets. So many times, guys want to lie to everybody, and give token cliché talks. That (expletive) out the window. We have failed. I failed,” Olsen continued. “Every guy in this locker room has failed, everyone associated (with team) has failed.”
That has to be one of the biggest rants we’ve seen throughout the 2019 season.
A veteran of the Panthers over the past nine seasons, Olsen is not about this losing. He let everyone know about it.
After opening the season with a 5-3 record, these Panthers have certainly hit rock bottom. It led to Ron Rivera getting fired and will almost assuredly lead to major offseason changes on the roster.
