Three-time Pro Bowl left tackle David Bakhtiari was ruled inactive by the Green Bay Packers for Saturday night’s NFC divisional round playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Bakhtiari didn’t practice Thursday and was listed as questionable for the contest. He missed the first 16 games this season while recuperating from a torn ACL before playing 27 snaps in the regular-season finale against the Detroit Lions.
Cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder), a 2020 Pro Bowler, is active and will play for the first time since hurt in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Two-time Bowl linebacker Za’Darius Smith (back) is active for the first time since being injured in the season opener against the New Orleans Saints.
Receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) also is sitting out for the Packers.
Linebacker Marcell Harris (Achilles) and cornerback Ambry Thomas (knee) are among the San Francisco inactives.
