Who is this going to help the most? It’s not going to be the Brian Orakpo’s and Brent Grimes’ of the world. Instead, those who would normally receive small veteran deals will likely see their figures go up. Either way, expect the league minimum to increase in 2014. That’s what the NFL is attempting to do here.
