NASCAR issued several suspensions in its penalty report following the weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Both the Richard Childress Racing No. 8 (Kyle Busch) team and the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19 (Chase Briscoe) teams will lose their respective jack men and tire changers for two weeks due to wheels that came off during the Pennzoil 400.

  • No. 8: Dylan Moser (jack) and Shiloh Windsor (rear-tire changer)
  • No. 19: Caleb Dirks (jack) and Daniel Smith (rear-tire changer)

For the next two weeks, the No. 8 team will be serviced by replacement rear changer Chris Jackson and jackman Garrett Crall, who come over from the Viking Motorsports and Our Motorsports entries in the Xfinity Series. Joe Gibbs Racing provides pit crews to the Front Row Motorsports No. 4 (Noah Gragson) who will then receive from that team rear changer Adam Riley and jackman Nathan McBride.

Four Xfinity Series teams were issued $5,000 fines each for having one unfastened lugnut after The Liuna on Saturday

  • No. 11 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet (Josh Williams)
  • No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota (Aric Almirola)
  • No. 26 Sam Hunt Racing Toyota (Dean Thompson)
  • No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet (Connor Zilisch)

One Truck Series team was fined $2,500 for the same infraction after the Ecosave 200 on Friday:

  • No. 07 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet (Justin Haley)

NASCAR also issued Substance Abuse Policy suspensions to Jo Wright, most recently a tire changer for the RFK Racing No. 6 team and Corbin Sklener, who has worked as a tire carrier for Mike Harmon Racing in the Truck Series.

Coleman Dollarhide has since taken over for the RFK No. 6 as of last weekend at Vegas.
