The Miami Hurricanes gained a coach but are losing a top offensive weapon.
One day after Miami fired Manny Diaz and hired head coach Mario Cristobal, running back Cam’Ron Harris declared for the 2022 NFL Draft on Tuesday.
Harris, who suffered a season-ending right knee injury in October, announced his decision on social media.
“It’s been a challenging journey for me not finishing the season because God had other plans,” he wrote, in part. “I have decided to declare for the 2022 NFL Draft. Thank you Miami.”
