The Philadelphia 76ers got some good news as it relates to rookie point guard Markelle Fultz, who’s been out of commission since the first month of the season with a shoulder injury.
The team announced Tuesday that Fultz has been cleared to begin the final stage of his rehab.

Before being shut down, Fultz participated in just four games. He averaged just 19 minutes per game with six points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest.
At this point, it’s still not clear when the No. 1 overall pick will be ready to return to the court for a game, but this is very encouraging news.
