LIV Golf’s $50 million season-ending team championship will take place Oct. 20-22 at Trump National Doral Golf Club in suburban Miami.

The three-day event was originally slated for Nov. 3-5 in Saudi Arabia but will instead return to the course owned by former U.S. President Donald Trump.

“We’re thrilled to return to the Blue Monster at Doral to celebrate a historic year and crown the 2023 LIV Golf League team champion,” LIV Golf CEO and commissioner Greg Norman said in a statement Monday. “The team concept has come to life this year in exciting new ways as our players and fans embrace the launch of team golf. We’re building up for an action-packed weekend with headline entertainment that will put an exclamation point on another can’t-miss LIV Golf event.”

The Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was named host of the league’s final regular-season tourney from Oct. 13-15.

The player ranked first in the season-long points race after the Jeddah tournament will be declared the league’s individual champion.

The team standings after that event will determine seeding for the team championship at Doral, with the top four teams receiving first-round byes.

Dustin Johnson’s 4Aces GC won the inaugural team championship in 2022, and Johnson was crowned the individual champion.

4Aces sit atop the 2023 team standings through nine events with 168 points, followed by Joaquin Niemann’s Torque GC (129 points) and Bubba Watson’s RangeGoats GC (127).

Three-time winner Talor Gooch leads the individual standings with 137 points, followed by Cameron Smith (130) and Brooks Koepka (112).

Following a break for the Open Championship, LIV Golf returns to action on Aug. 4-6 at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.
