Lane Kiffin has made reference to Nick Saban’s “rat poison” on more than one occasion, poking fun at the old head coach of Alabama. For those who might not remember, Saban was hot under the collar after the Crimson Tide struggled to beat Texas A&M earlier this year and took out his frustrations on the media.
The FAU skipper didn’t waste the opportunity to make fun of his old boss, who reportedly didn’t get along with him at all.

He was at it again on Tuesday, quote-tweeting ESPN’s Chris Low.
Low had complimented Washington State head coach Mike Leach for turning the Cougars into a consistent winner.
As Parcells used to say, you are what your record says you are. @Coach_Leach has transformed @wsucougfb into a consistent winner after Cougars won a total of 9 games in the four seasons before Leach arrived. https://t.co/YDVyexuwbY

That’s when Kiffin chimed in, poking fun at Saban.
Leach don't listen to low's rat poison @Coach_Leach https://t.co/fUoUl2W8Rd

Never stop tweeting, Lane.
It’s also worth pointing out that Kiffin has the Owls on six-game winning streak and first place in their conference. We’ll see them bowling for sure, and it’s going to be interesting to watch the program grow in the coming years.
